Refund policy

Returns

We hope that your are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at hello@whitebarnhome.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging. We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns is at your own cost. 

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at whitebarnhi@gmail.com and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.

Pre-Order Items

Should you place an order for a "pre-order" item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. If you'd like any "in stock" items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.
