As a small family run business, we are able to continue shipping items whilst adhering to the current government guidelines for COVID-19.
All orders are shipped via a non-contact collection and delivery service.
Currently delivery is to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Shipping to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Europe is temporarily suspended. This should be re-instated by by the end of January, once we have updated our shipping system to include the new customs information required.
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days. If in the unlikely event, your order will take longer to be sent out to you, we will contact you to let you know.

Should you place an order for a "pre-order" item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. If you'd like any 'in stock' items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.
We hope that your are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging. We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns is at your own cost.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.

Please ensure you unpack and check your order as soon as it arrives. We cannot make a claim for damaged items if you do not let us know within 7 days of receipt.
