Delivery & Returns

 

 COVID-19 UPDATE:

As a small family run business, we are able to continue shipping items whilst adhering to the current government guidelines for COVID-19.

All orders are shipped via a non-contact collection and delivery service. 

We are currently experience very high demand and all orders are packed and shipped by one person, therefore orders may take up to 5 working days to be shipped out.

Our working hours are: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm not including bank holidays.

Delivery 

Currently delivery is to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Europe is currently suspended.

We hoped to re-instate this in early 2021, however due to the current demand we are experiencing within this lockdown period we have made the difficult decision to delay the relaunch of shipping to these areas. We will re-assess the situation after lockdown in the UK ends.

Any orders placed for these destinations ( Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Europe) by using the UK shipping rate, will have to be cancelled and refunded.

Please note, the UK shipping rate is for UK and Northern Ireland only, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man and Europe have their own shipping rate (when they are available for shipping). Please do not select United Kingdom if you require your order to be shipped outside of the United Kingdom.

We currently do not offer shipping outside of Europe.

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days. If in the unlikely event, your order will take longer to be sent out to you, we will contact you to let you know.

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £60

Pre-Order Items

Should you place an order for a "pre-order" item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. If you'd like any 'in stock' items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.

Returns

We hope that your are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at hello@whitebarnhome.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging. We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns are at the customers cost.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at hello@whitebarnhome.co.uk and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging that your order arrived in, for us to make a claim.

Photo's required:

An image of the damaged item and an clear image of the packaging including the box that your order arrived in. 

Please ensure you unpack and check your order as soon as it arrives. We cannot make a claim for damaged items if you do not let us know within 7 days of receipt.
