Delivery & Returns

 Our working hours are: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm not including bank holidays.


Currently delivery is to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.

Please note, the UK shipping rate is for mainland UK.

Shipping for Northern Ireland is automatically calculated at checkout and is based upon weight.

Orders which are dispatched from our warehouse are dispatched within 5 working days. If in the unlikely event, your order will take longer to be sent out to you, we will contact you to let you know.

Some products are shipped directly from our supplier. If your order has multiple items they may not all ship to you together. Products shipped directly from our suppliers may take a little longer to ship, however we will keep you up to date with the expected delivery date should this happen.

Delivery rates are as follows:


£3.50 for small lightweight parcels within the Royal Mail small parcel dimensions

£5.95 all other parcels

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £60 - UK mainland only

Shipping for all other destinations is calculated at checkout.

Pre-Order Items

Should you place an order for a "pre-order" item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. If you'd like any 'in stock' items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.


We hope that your are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging. We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns are at the customers cost.

Please note: it is highly recommended to purchase courier insurance when returning items, and for the items to be securely packaged. We cannot be liable for any damages during transit for returns and a claim would need to be made with your courier should this happen. We cannot refund items which arrive to us damaged.

Large item & Furniture Returns

If not suitable, standard items can be returned to us for a full refund assuming they are in perfect condition, are unused and are in their original undamaged packaging.  Please note, items that have been assembled or part assembled are none returnable.  

To make a return, simply notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will advise you of the return address or arrange collection.  

A courier fee will be charged for returns of large items and furniture which are not suitable. Where a return is arranged by us, the return courier fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Where a return is arranged by the customer, we encourage insurance to be taken to cover the full cost of the product and cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging that your order arrived in, for us to make a claim.

Please ensure you inspect large items and furniture as soon as they are received. We are unable to offer a return service if item's after reported to us after 14 days of receipt.

Please note that when viewing images of products online, colours can appear slightly differently from monitor to monitor, and on mobile phone screens depending on the device and it's settings. We cannot arrange a return on the basis of a how a products colour appears on your own screen. However you can return a product for a refund if it is not suitable at the your own expense.

Photo's required:

An image of the damaged item and an clear image of the packaging including the box that your order arrived in. 

Please ensure you unpack and check your order as soon as it arrives. We cannot make a claim for damaged items if you do not let us know within 7 days of receipt.
